Acceptance of Terms
Techable.com and its parent company, Next Tech Inc., hereby provide these Terms of Service to the user (subsequently referred to as “you”), as a user of Techable.com. By utilizing Techable.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (subsequently referred to as T&Cs) of this Agreement, as well as follow all relevant laws and regulations regarding such use. If you do not agree to follow the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use Teachable.com.
Alteration
Upon electronic or written notice published through the website or otherwise, Techable.com may alter or modify this Agreement at any time. Hence, Techable.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, replace or add to any of these Terms of Service, or stop the Service (including without limitation, the accessibility of any content) at any point in time through appropriate notifications.
Any use of the Techable.com website, or services provided therein, by you after any such notice shall be seen as “an acceptance by you of such alterations”. Therefore, you continue to agree to use Techable.com in accord with all relevant laws and regulations and with the terms and conditions mentioned in this document. Registration

In case you forget your login information, just send an e-mail titled “Techable.com Login” (without quotes) from your account’s e-mail address and a response shall be sent with your login details in the body of the message.
Account Security
All site visitors shall follow standard security procedures when accessing and using the Techable.com website and services provided respectively. You are exclusively in charge of all activities that occur under your Account, and for keeping it safe. You are to notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your Account. You are advised not to publish, distribute or post the login information of your account.

You agree that Techable.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice for violating the Terms of Service.
Techable.com does not supervise all content posted and transmitted by its members via any interactive parts of the site, but Techable.com reserves the right to supervise/monitor content transmitted through the Techable.com website and Techable.com services. Techable.com, at its discretion, and without further notification, may review, remove, or prohibit the transmission or receipt of any content that Techable.com deems inappropriate or that violates the terms of this Agreement.
Termination
Techable.com may end your access to all or whatever part of the services at any time, with or without notice. This may result in the forfeit and wipeout of all data linked to your account. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should pull through termination shall pull through termination, including but not limited to, ownership provisions, and indemnity as well as liability limitations.
Indemnification
You shall support, indemnify, and hold harmless Techable.com, its author or affiliates and each of their individual employees, or associates from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including lawyers’ fees that arise from or relate to your use or abuse of or access to our services under the terms of this Agreement. Techable.com holds the right to take on the exclusive defense and dominance of any matter subject to your indemnity, in which case you will help and cooperate with Techable.com in maintaining any available defenses.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
This website, Techable.com, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. You hereby agree not to hold Techable.com liable for and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss that your unlawful actions may incur.
Although all content is provided in good faith, Techable.com, and the author assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in this publication or other documents which are referenced by or linked to this publication. Entire Agreement, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement in its entirety is between you and Techable.com, its parent company, its author, and any other parties with respect to the subjects contained herein (as construed and controlled by the laws of the United States) and it supersedes all prior or contemporary communications and proposals (irrespective of the type) between you and Techable.com concerning our services. If any of the term provisions or clauses is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be limited to the minimum level that is necessary so that these Terms of Service remain in full force, effect and enforceable. Thus, any dispute arising from the terms or breach of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States. Through the use of this website, you agree to personal jurisdiction as governed by the United States.
