The MXWV2LL/A iMac 27-Inch Core i7 model was released on August 4, 2020. It is similar to the base model of the iMac 27-Inch 2020. However, it is significantly improved in terms of performance, featuring a faster processor compared to its 2019 iMac predecessors. It comes with a Core i7 processor with a faster processing speed of 3.8 GHz and 8 independent cores. It has upgradeable RAM of 8 GB.
The standard storage capacity is 512 GB SSD. It also has a dedicated Radeon Pro 5500 XT graphics processor with 8 GB memory to increase the graphics performance. Apple has also installed a T2 security chip in this model for improved security. This model features a 27-Inch IPS 5K Retina Display equipped with True Tone technology for better colors. It provides a high display resolution of 5120 x 2880. Nano-texture glass can also be added at an additional cost to provide better image quality.
