The 4th-Gen iPad Air A2316 was officially launched on September 15, 2020. It is a Wi-Fi-only model and does not have the support for cellular connectivity or A-GPS. This iPad Air model has a bigger display size and faster processor than the 3rd-Gen iPad Air. Apple introduced the A14 Bionic chip in this iPad Air, a 3.0 GHz processor with 6 cores.
