Apple continued the production of the MacBook Pro in early 2011 by introducing the a1297MacBook Pro MC725LL/A with a Core i7 processor with 4 GB of 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (PC3 – 10600) and 750 GB of hard drive space. There is the inclusion of the Thunderbolt standard port that supports 10 Gbps of bandwidth in both directions and is also used by peripherals as it can support resolutions as high as 2560×1600 and audio signal similar to MD311LL A.
The MacBook Pro comes with a 750 GB of 6 Gb/s Serial ATA (5400 RPM) hard disk drive
This MacBook Pro is a 17” screen version with a widescreen TFT active-matrix and a 1920×1200 resolution. The screen is also LED-backlit.
This MacBook Pro comes with a pre-installed MacOS X 10.6.6 (10J3210), 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 2720QM (Sandy Bridge) processor, and dual graphics processors – an AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 1 GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory and an Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics processor that shares 384 MB of memory with the system.
The MacBook Pro comes with a 95-watt-hour lithium polymer battery that provides 7 hours of wireless web use.
Your applications installed on the MacBook Pro are also guaranteed to run faster with a 256k level 2 cache and a 6 MB Level 3 cache, specs a notch lower than the MD035LL A, plus a 5 GT/s frontside bus with 4 GB of 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (PC3 – 10600) for its RAM, all this is centered around a 64-Bit architecture.
MacBook Pro MC725LL/A comes standard with 4GB of RAM, but users have the ability to upgrade it up to 16GB. The operating system of the MacBook Pro can also be upgraded from its pre-installed MacOS X 10.6.6 (10DJ3210) to up to current MacOS X 10.13.x. It can also be a host to the Windows OS 7 (32-Bit) at minimum and accommodate operating system as high as the Windows 8.1 (64-Bit). This MacBook Pro comes with dimensions of 0.98 x 15.47 x 10.51 in and a weight of 6.6 lbs (2.99 kg).
