Apple launched the Apple Watch Hermes Series 8 on September 7, 2022. This specific model is available for purchase everywhere except for the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and China. This model is an upgraded Series 7 with several similar features. Apple added some new features in this new model, such as temperature sensors for improved health monitoring, a more powerful gyroscope, and an accelerometer to aid in crash detection. Additionally, the Series 8 model has a Low Power Mode option for extended battery life. It must be connected to an iPhone 8 or later (with iOS16 or later) to use the Internet and perform some additional functions. 

This Apple Watch Series 8 Hermes model is a modified version of the regular Series 8. It comes with custom packaging and model-specific watch faces and software tweaks. This Apple Watch model has a 41mm case size and a 1.8-inch Always-On Retina LTPO OLED touch-capable display with a resolution of 352 x 430. It also features 1000 nits brightness and a display area of 904 square mm. A scratch-resistant Sapphire crystal cover protects the display. The back of the device is also made of Sapphire crystal and Ceramic which connects to the charger. 

The device has 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, and the Digital Crown with haptic feedback for easy scrolling. The battery life of this Apple Watch is estimated to be 18 hours, depending on usage. 

The device comes in either silver Stainless Steel or “Space Black” Stainless Steel housing with several color options for the band.
