Apple launched the iPad Air M2 11-Inch (Wi-Fi+Cellular China) on May 7, 2024. This model features a fully-laminated, antireflective 10.86-inch LED-backlit 2360×1640 Liquid Retina display with 264 ppi and 500 nits brightness, surrounded by a thin black bezel and housed in a slim aluminum case with rounded corners and flat sides. It is available in light Blue, light Purple, warm gray Starlight, and darker Space Gray colors. 

The iPad Air M2 11-Inch is powered by a 3.49 GHz Apple M2 processor with 8 cores, including 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. It also has a 10-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, 8 GB of RAM, and 100 GB/s of memory bandwidth. Storage options include 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.   

Connectivity options for this model include a USB-C port that supports USB 3 up to 10 Gb/s, dual-band 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6E) with 2×2 MIMO, and Bluetooth 5.3. It also supports Touch ID, integrated into the top button. security.   

The iPad Air M2 11-inch has a 12-megapixel Wide rear camera that can shoot 4K video, and a 12-megapixel Ultra Wide front camera that supports the Center Stage feature, which automatically pans and zooms to keep subjects in frame. However, it does not support Face ID. The device includes dual landscape stereo speakers and dual microphones.   

Battery life is reported to be 10 hours when surfing the web on Wi-Fi or watching videos, and 9 hours when surfing the web using cellular data. Like its predecessors, this iPad Air model supports external keyboards and trackpads. It also introduces support for the new Apple Pencil Pro, which includes additional sensors for enhanced interactivity, such as squeeze, barrel roll, and haptic feedback, and charges via a magnetic connection on the side of the device. 

The iPad Air M2 supports 802.11ax with 2×2 MIMO (Wi-Fi 6E) and Bluetooth 5.3. It has a 12-megapixel Wide rear camera and a 12-megapixel Ultra Wide front camera with the Center Stage feature. The battery life is estimated at 9-10 hours, depending on usage. This model weighs 1.02 lbs (462 g) and measures 9.74 x 7.02 x 0.24 inches.     

The iPad Air M2 11-Inch supports macOS 10.13 and Windows 10, and includes a USB-C Charge Cable (1 meter) and a 20W USB-C power adapter. It is not sold in the United States but is available in mainland China.
