The Apple Cinema Display is a 23-inch TFT LCD active-matrix display that supports a 1920×1200 resolution. It also has 2 USB “1.0” ports and used a DVI port for input. As the “HD” in the name implies, this monitor was designed to allow users to “author HDTV content in its native resolution” as well as “view a full 11-inch by 17-inch two-page spread”. The width of the screen is longer than the height, giving the look of a letter.
