Apple launched the iPhone 14 Pro A2890 model on September 7, 2022. This model is intended for sale everywhere in the world. Apple introduced this new model with several enhancements compared to earlier iPhone models. This iPhone features a faster CPU, improved cameras, a Crash Detection feature, a brighter display, and a new interface advertised by Apple as the Dynamic Island.

A high-performance A16 Bionic chip is included in the iPhone 14 A2890. The CPU of this model has 6 cores, 2 of which are performance and 4 efficiency cores. The GPU of this model features five cores that provide even better visuals for multimedia apps and high-end gaming. It also has a 16-core Neural Engine that speeds up image and video processing operations.

This model features an all-screen OLED 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1(typical). It offers a display resolution of 2556 x 1179 at 460 ppi with 1000 nits peak brightness for typical and 1600 nits for HDR. This model also supports ProMotion technology for adaptive refresh rate, True Tone, HDR, Wide Color, and Haptic Touch. It is covered by a Ceramic Shield, which protects it from scratches.

The iPhone 14 Pro A2890 has a total of 4 cameras. Three cameras are placed on the backside, and one is on the front. The front camera is a 12 MP camera known as a TrueDepth camera that takes high quality images and unlocks the phone with FaceID recognition. The three cameras on the backside are collectively known as Pro Camera System, which incorporates a 48 MP Main camera, a 12 MP Ultra-Wide camera, and a 12 MPTelephoto camera. These cameras also have quad-pixel sensors for capturing great details in a low-light image. Apple also added Photonic Engine for better low-light photography, Action Mode for improved stability of images, and Cinematic Mode for focus transitions. 

The iPhone 14 Pro A2890 is offered in five colors: Space Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple. This model is compatible with two eSIMs but one physical nano SIM. This iPhone has a glass front and back and a stainless steel body.

The connectivity of this model features 5G (sub‑6 GHz and mmWave) with 4×4 MIMO, Gigabit LTE with 4×4 MIMO and LAA, Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.3 Ultra Wideband chip for spatial awareness, NFC with reader mode, and Express Cards with the power reserve.
