The iPad Pro A2461 was officially launched on April 20, 2021. This 12.9-Inch 5th-Gen iPad Pro model has better display quality, powerful internals, connectivity, and a better front camera than its predecessors. Apple introduced the M1 chip (5nm processor)in this iPad Pro, a 3.2 GHz processor with 8 cores. This iPad features a 12.9-inch Liquid Retina XDR display. The display of this iPad is fully-laminated and antireflective with an LED-backlit feature.
This iPad’s front camera is a 12 MP Ultra-wide camera equipped with a “center stage” feature that is an automatic zoom feature for taking high-quality images while keeping the subjects in the frame. This iPad has a dual-camera system on the back. The dual camera of this iPad comprises 12 MP wide-angle and 10 MP ultra-wide cameras.
This iPad model supports LiDAR Scan support, FaceID authentication lock/unlock, external keyboards, and trackpads. It comes with a 2nd Gen Apple Pencil A2051, MU8F2AM/A, that can be charged with a magnetic connection. This iPad model has five microphones and a four-speaker system as well. This model is available in two colors – Silver and Darker Space Gray. This 12.9-inch iPad Pro model has rounded corners and flat sides with a slim design.
