T-Mobile will be accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 5c through T-Mobile.com on September 13, 2013. The 16GB iPhone 5c is zero dollars down, plus 24 monthly payments of $22 for a total of $528. That’s $21 less than Apple’s off-contract price of $549.
