Apple introduced the Apple Watch Hermes Series 8 – A2772 on September 7, 2022, in collaboration with the French luxury brand Hermes. This model is only sold in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. It is nearly identical to the Series 7 Apple Watch regarding features and display. However, the additional features include a temperature sensor and crash detection security features for automobile crashes. This model comes with custom packaging, model-specific watch faces, and software tweaks. It must be connected to an iPhone 8 or later (with iOS16 or later) to use the internet and perform some additional functions.

The front of this Apple Watch comprises a 41 mm area with a 1.8-inch LTPO OLED Retina display. The display resolution of this device is 352 x 430 with 1000 nits brightness level. It has a 904 square mm display area with rounded corners. All Apple Watch Hermes Series 8 models use stainless steel cases covered with Sapphire crystal for durability. It also features a ceramic and sapphire crystal back that connects to the charger.

The Apple Watch Series 8 Hermes model has 1 GB and 32 GB storage space. All Apple Watch Series 8 models, including this one, are controlled using Digital Crown with haptic feedback. It gives users an easy experience for navigating and scrolling through the content on a small screen. Apple estimated the battery life of this Apple Watch to be up to 18 hours. 

This model comes in either Silver Stainless Steel or Space Black Stainless Steel color options and various band options.
