The iPhone 14 Plus A2887 was unveiled by Apple on September 7, 2022. This iPhone is available in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia. A larger display, crash detection, a longer battery life, and a better graphics processor are included in this iPhone 14 Plus model.

The internal architecture of the iPhone 14 Plus A2887 has a Hexa-core 5 nm A15 Bionic processor. With a clock speed of 3.2 GHz, this CPU supports the processing performance of this iPhone while remaining power efficient. An Apple 5-core graphics processor is also integrated with the CPU and operates in parallel to handle all graphics operations, such as games and video editing. This iPhone’s 16-core Neural Engine powers all the machine-learning tasks, including voice analysis and image processing.

In this model, Apple included a bigger 6.7-inch all-screen OLED Super Retina XDR display. This model’s HDR display supports True Tone, Wide Color (P3), and Haptic Touch. The display of this model features a high display resolution of 2778 x 1284 (458 ppi) and greater color accuracy with a peak brightness of 1200 nits (HDR). It has a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1 (typical).

On the back of this iPhone is a dual camera setup. A 12-megapixel Main camera with an aperture of f/1.5 and a 12-megapixel Ultra-Wide camera with an aperture of f/2.4 and a 120-degree field of view. It also has a front-facing 12-megapixel TrueDepth Camera used for FaceID authentication. Apple added Photonic Engine, Deep Fusion, and a wider aperture for improved low-light performance in these cameras. A better True Tone flash and Night mode are also included for photographing in the dark and capturing clear images. Smart HDR 4 and Portrait mode are also supported for increased contrast and lighting.

The iPhone 14 Plus A2887 has an aluminum frame with a glass front and back. The front is protected by a Ceramic Shield cover, while the back is equipped with a magnetic connector for wireless charging. This device supports Dual eSIM but does not support physical nano-SIM. This model is IP68 rated for water, splash, and dust resistance. This model is available in the following colors: Midnight, Purple, Starlight, (PRODUCT) Red, and Blue. Apple also added a new Crash detection system and Emergency SOS via satellite to this iPhone.

Several connectivity options are available for this model, which includes 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO, 5G wireless, Gigabit LTE with 4×4 MIMO, and supports Bluetooth 5.3.
