What iPhone models support iOS 10?

iOS 10 was officially announced on June 13, 2016 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California. Apple previewed the new firmware alongside macOS Sierra, watchOS 3 and tvOS 10. The update brings a ton of new features to supported devices, including new messaging features, Siri support for third-party apps, a new Home app and more. iOS 10 also marks the end for older hardware, such as the iPhone 4s and iPad 2.
