About this iPhone
The iPhone 6s Plus is the larger variant of the iPhone 6s model. It was upgraded with a 1.85GHz Apple A9 processor with 2 Gb of LPDDR3 RAM. The phone still features 16, 32, 64 or, 128 GB of flash storage and featured the touch ID sensor which was first introduced in the iPhone 5s. The iPhone 6s Plus also featured NFC (Near Field Communication) which allowed users to pay wirelessly with their phones. The iPhone 6s Plus also supported 4G/LTE as well as Bluetooth 4.2. The device came in a new aluminum casing and was available in silver, gold and, space gray . This device marked the start of the slim rounded casing found in modern iPhones. The iPhone 6s, much like other “s” variants does not differ drastically from the iPhone 6 base model.

The iPhone 6S Plus had a 5.5″ (diagonal) widescreen pressure-sensitive “3D Touch” LED-backlit 1920×1080 native resolution (401 ppi) “Retina HD” display with “IPS technology and a taptic engine,” dual cameras a rear 12 megapixel, 4K “iSight” camera with 1.22 micron pixels.

The iPhone 6S Plus came with iOS 9.0.1 (13A405) for its operating system. It was powered by a 1.8 GHz 64-bit Apple A9 processor.

The iPhone 6S Plus was equipped with a Lithium Ion battery that supported up to 80 hours of audio playback, 24 hours of talk time on 3G, 12 hours of Internet use on 3G, 12 hours of Internet use on LTE, 12 hours of Internet use on Wi-Fi, 14 hours of HD video playback and up to 16 days of standby time.
Upgradability
