How do I delete the Apple Watch app on my iPhone?

iOS 8.2 adds a new stock app to your iPhone that only works if you have an Apple Watch. Unfortunately just like all the other stock apps, you can’t delete the Apple Watch app from your device. You can however tap and hold the app until it wiggles and move it into a folder to hide it.
