Does SNow Leopard have the Facetime app ?

Included free with Mac OS 10.7 and later, but not with Snow Leopard.

However, when you do the free “Software Update” to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8, you will have the App Store app. FaceTime can be downloaded from the App Store for 99 cents.
